Anthony R. Carrasco

graduated with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with two bachelor's degrees: the first in Political Science and the second in Legal Studies along with a minor degree in Public Policy. His Honors Thesis won the 2020 Law and Society Association Undergraduate Student Paper Prize for outstanding research.

Anthony Carrasco was a founding member of the City of Berkeley’s Homeless Services Panel of Experts. He currently serves on the Regional Impact Council of All Home while pursuing doctoral studies at Berkeley Law. 

Research Interests: Homelessness in California, Civil Procedure, and Democratic Values
